Your details, handled plainly.

This page covers describing a challenge, requesting to join the collective, and requesting a quote — and exactly what happens to what you type into these forms.

No database of you.

Submissions arrive as email and stay as email. Nothing else is built on top of them.

What you send, and where it goes

When you describe a challenge, request to join the collective, or request a quote, the details you type go straight to CCC's inbox at Chief Complaint Collective as an email, with your address set as the reply-to so we can write back to you directly. Quote requests include your contact details, organization, project description, and any timeline or budget you provide; CCC uses them to clarify scope and email a final quote.

We don't keep a copy in a website database. There is no account, no list of past submissions, and no dashboard of inquiries on our side — the email is the record.

How the challenge recommendation works

On the challenge page, the challenge you describe is processed by an AI model to suggest which of our existing services fits and what a sensible next step looks like. The recommendation appears on your screen and in the email CCC receives.

We use it to point you at something real we already offer — never to invent new offers, and never to make decisions about you.

How long it's kept, and how to delete it

Your submission lives as an ordinary email in CCC's inbox, kept only as long as it's needed to respond and work with you.

Want it gone? Email julie@chiefcomplaintcollective.com from the address you submitted with and ask. We'll delete the email and confirm it's done.

A few more things02

Fit calls

Booking a call happens on Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy, and places the call on CCC's calendar.

What we'll never ask for

Patient information, and copies of contracts or other sensitive documents. If a form field doesn't ask for it, please don't volunteer it.

Questions about your details?

Write to julie@chiefcomplaintcollective.com and ask — including to see, correct, or delete anything you've sent.
