The collective

Better healthcare
gets built
together.

We're a collective of practicing clinicians who get asked the questions health startups forget to ask — ideally before launch.

Real shifts. Real answers.
Our mission01

Bring the person who works the shift into the room where the product gets decided.

A product can behave beautifully in a demo and fall apart at 2AM on a busy shift. We exist to close that gap — by putting clinical perspective in the conversation early, when it still changes what gets built.

What we value02

Four things we don't negotiate.

Real shifts, real context.

01

We work with practicing clinicians — people who know what a busy night looks like from the inside, not from a slide.

The uncomfortable answer is still an answer.

02

Clinicians tell us the thing the team doesn't want to hear. That's the whole point of asking.

Workflow before features.

03

A product doesn't live in a demo. It lives in a shift — with interruptions, handoffs, and twelve other things competing for attention.

Clinical time is skilled work.

04

Clinicians tell us the hourly rate they'd like to work at, and we review it with them. No unpaid 'exposure'.

How to join03

Three steps. No résumé.

  1. 01

    Tell us about your practice

Your specialty, credentials, where you work, and the rate you'd like to be paid. About five minutes.

  2. 02

    Every request is read

Applications are reviewed individually — not scored by a form. Submitting one doesn't confirm membership, assignments, or compensation.

  3. 03

If it's a fit, we talk

We come back to you about availability, the kind of work you'd enjoy, and how your rate lines up.

What we'd like to know
  • Your specialty and where you practice.
  • Professional credentials — role, degrees, licenses, certifications.
  • Where you're based, so we can schedule around your shifts.
  • The hourly rate you'd like to work at, and your currency.
  • Experience and the kinds of products you'd like to advise on (optional).
What we never ask for
  • Patient information, in any form.
  • Copies of sensitive documents.
  • Anything you'd need permission from your employer to share.

If a question touches a real case, keep it general. Clinicians who can't separate their advice from patient details aren't the clinicians we're looking for.

Bring your perspective

You already know what doesn't work.

Tell us about your practice and the expertise you'd like to share. It takes about five minutes.

Sticky note: Better healthcare gets built together.
